Also this space invader is a copy of an original space invader in Paris (Rue La Fayette). The philosophy behind this was to bring some original space invaders around the world to Amsterdam to continue the invasion. This was 2005. Nowadays AmsterInvader took the Amsterdam invasion to a different level by designing his own invaders.
This space invader has undergone some renovations in April / May 2008 because some tiles were missing.
